For 57 years, AWWMA has been hosting an Annual Conference in an effort to bring together water industry professionals in Alaska who want to learn, instruct, and showcase. Keeping water and wastewater operators updated on new and innovative technology, as well as keeping the public informed has always been the mission of AWWMMA. Plan to attend, or participate and support as a presenter, an exhibitor or a sponsor! 

April 24-27, 2017 in Anchorage at the Hotel Captain Cook
  • TRADESHOW
    • setup in the ballroom on Monday April 24 12:00-6:00 pm
      • Booth space includes 1 6' table, chair, and electricity
    • opens Tuesday morning
      • Breakfast and registration at 7:30 in the ballroom
    • ends Wednesday afternoon
      • teardown any time once afternoon break is over
  • MEET & GREET Reception: 6:00-8:00 pm in the Quarterdeck (10th floor)

    • Young Professionals Poster Contest
  • FULL CONFERENCE: Tuesday April 25 – Thursday April 27
    • Registration includes all meal functions, exhibit hall pass and continuing education credit.
    • Top Ops Competition
    • Water for People Silent Auction - Bring a donation item for the annual WATER FOR PEOPLE silent auction. This years proceeds will be donated to the RIDE WITH PURPOSE in exchange for them proudly sporting an Alaska Section patch on their jackets at ACE and WEFTEC!
  • SMALL SYSTEMS WORKSHOP (EPA Grant Funded)
    • Open to Small Water System Operators Free of Charge (if you are attending the full conference, register as a 2-day attendee only). Separate registration required (will be online by Friday March 31)
