AWWMA's 51st Annual Statewide Conference

TRADESHOW & EXHIBITION

AWWMA is pleased to once again provide a forum for you to bring your knowledge, expertise, and any material that you feel will assist operators, engineers, contractors, and regulators throughout Alaska do their jobs better. The conference will be attended by a diverse group of local and rural utilities and the people that operate, design, supply, regulate and eductate them. Be among dozens of manufacturers, suppliers and factory representatives demonstrating their newest and best goods and services.

AWWMA continues to make changes to improve exhibitor effectiveness and visibility based on the valuable feedback of previous exhibitors. Exhibits will be located together in trade-show fashion with registration, morning and afternoon breaks, lunches and receptions held in the exhibit hall. Moderators will remind attendees to visit the hall, and exhibitors are encouraged to schedule events at their booths to promote attendee interaction throughout the conference.

Door prizes: Donations will include recognition at the function where the prizes are given away!

  • Meet with public health officials, engineers, consultants, government regulators,educators, water/wastewater system managers & operators, and utility managers.

  • Take advantage of the full 8x10' booth space(s)

    • Booth spaces will include piping and draping, electrical outlet, 6' table with one chair, additional chairs available for each registered co-exhibitor. For extra tables, chairs and other booth accessories, Alaska Event Services will be onsight to assist you.

  • The exhibit hall will be open for setup on Tuesday, April 26 at 12:00 pm, followed by our traditional Meet & Greet Reception from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the exhibit hall
  • The layout of the hall will be emailed to each exhibitor in the order registrations were received to select preferred booth space.

AWWA and WEF members, have your AWWA or WEF membership ID number ready when you register and receive AWWMA's member discount.
